Nonprofit Jobs: Program Manager, The WateReuse Foundation Program Manager The WateReuse Foundation, a growing nonprofit water research organization, seeks a knowledgeable, energetic, detail-oriented individual to manage research projects and assist with day-to-day operations of $4 million program. Duties include managing multiple projects; contractor oversight and correspondence; editing technical reports; and providing program support to Director of Research. National travel required. Ideal candidate will have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills; experience in project management; ability to prioritize/multi-task; BS/MS in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, biology, or related area; 5-10 yrs. experience in water-related field. The WateReuse Foundation is an educational, 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation whose mission is to conduct and promote applied research on the reclamation, reuse, recycling, and desalination of water. The Foundation’s “leading edge” research advances the science of water reuse and supports communities across the United States and abroad in their efforts to create new sources of high quality water through reclamation, reuse, and desalination while protecting public health and improving the environment. The Foundation’s research provides information on the safety and quality of reclaimed and recycled water, and provides water professionals with the tools and knowledge to meet their commitment of increasing the reliability and quality of the nation’s water supplies. |
